The wine bar downstairs is now open all afternoon on Tuesday to Friday so come 'underground' &
join us for a glass or two with one of our sensational cheese boards or why not share a dozen oysters to tickle the taste buds.



The 1862 Coopers Bar & Bistro is the perfect meeting place in Adelaide's CBD and is now open Monday to Friday from 7.30am for breakfast, lunch and drinks with a bar friendly snacks menu available from 5pm.

The bar bistro has an ultra chic and modern vibe and offers menus that are not only great in value but boast ingredients sourced from the freshest local produce SA has to offer.

The bistro wine list also compliments the value factor with wines by the glass from as low as $5. Fear not if you are in the mood for a special drop though as their extended wine list (from its sister wine restaurant located downstairs in the basement, The Wine Underground) is also available in the bistro.
